 To our "Tell it All" site. You may think the BBB and other sites have the dibs on local businesses and happenings in your area. Well think again. Businesses belonging to the BBB actually "PAY" to be listed. And others are allowing consumers and others to post anonymously and NOT have a way to verify the integrity of the complaint or accomplishment of a business or person. According to your First Amendment Rights, you are allowed to post anything, however if it is slanderous and full of lies you can be in legal trouble. We ONLY allow posts that are based on fact and also personal knowledge ( which MUST be confirmed ) - we also allow any public court documents that by LAW are allowed to be used. We do not allow anyone to post anything that is of a LEGAL matter if it is explicitly stated that it is NOT to be used to harass or intimidate etc. ONLY public records that are available to notify or inform a consumer to make a right decision will be allowed. No posts will be allowed in violation of a person/businesses civil rights nor allowed to violate other laws ( such as Megans Law or the Lahman Act or any other personal or business privacy matter ).
